Chaque dosha est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 une saison : le dosha kapha est responsable de la stabilit\u00e9, de la forme et de la structure de notre corps, c&#8217;est pourquoi il repr\u00e9sente le printemps. Compos\u00e9 des \u00e9l\u00e9ments eau et terre, le kapha joue un r\u00f4le essentiel dans le maintien de l&#8217;\u00e9quilibre et du bien-\u00eatre dans notre corps. Elles ont souvent des cheveux \u00e9pais et brillants, des l\u00e8vres pleines et de grands yeux. Les personnes de constitution kapha ont r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement de l&#8217;app\u00e9tit, aiment cuisiner et manger et sont de v\u00e9ritables \u00e9picuriens. C&#8217;est pourquoi l&#8217;exercice est tr\u00e8s important pour les constitutions Kapha.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Les mucosit\u00e9s :<\/strong> Cela se manifeste tr\u00e8s souvent par une augmentation du mucus dans les voies respiratoires ou dans le tractus gastro-intestinal.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Que doit manger le type kapha ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pour maintenir l&#8217;\u00e9quilibre du dosha kapha, il faut avant tout veiller \u00e0 la &#8222;bonne&#8220; quantit\u00e9 de nourriture. <strong>L&#8217;id\u00e9al est de manger des plats chauds, pauvres en graisses, \u00e9pic\u00e9s (dans ce cas, ils peuvent \u00eatre plus \u00e9pic\u00e9s) et l\u00e9gers.<\/strong> \u00c9viter de manger entre les repas peut aider \u00e0 lutter contre l&#8217;exc\u00e8s de poids. Le repas principal doit \u00eatre pris \u00e0 midi. <strong>Les prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales (de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence les l\u00e9gumineuses) sont particuli\u00e8rement recommand\u00e9es,<\/strong> alors que les produits laitiers et les produits d&#8217;origine animale en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral devraient plut\u00f4t \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9s (surtout le soir). Les saveurs qui \u00e9quilibrent le kapha dosha et le maintiennent en \u00e9quilibre sont : piquant, amer, \u00e2pre\/astringent. <strong>L&#8217;eau chaude au gingembre est excellente pour stimuler la digestion plut\u00f4t lente.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Voici quelques exemples d&#8217;aliments qui conviennent bien :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Piquant :<\/strong> oignons, poireaux, radis, ail, moutarde, gingembre, clous de girofle, poivre noir, asafoetida.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Amer :<\/strong> les l\u00e9gumes amers comme les choux de Bruxelles, la roquette, le chou, les l\u00e9gumes \u00e0 feuilles, l&#8217;aubergine, le c\u00e9leri, les asperges.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Astringente :<\/strong> pois chiches, haricots, l\u00e9gumes crus, romarin, \u00e9pinards, petits pois, lentilles, ortie, grenade, banane non m\u00fbre<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Il y a aussi des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales comme le sarrasin, l&#8217;orge, le ma\u00efs, le couscous, le millet, l&#8217;avoine, le quinoa, le seigle et <strong>des l\u00e9gumineuses<\/strong> comme les haricots mung, le mung dhal, les haricots noirs, les lentilles rouges et brunes, les pois, le soja, le tempeh et le tofu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1871 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/elke-lauffer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Kapha3-300x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Le lien entre le Kapha dosha et le printemps<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nous portons tous une part de dosha kapha dans notre constitution de base. Et comme je l&#8217;ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9crit dans mon article sur le dosha vata, il existe de nombreux composants diff\u00e9rents qui peuvent entra\u00eener un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre de notre constitution de base.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Regardons maintenant d&#8217;un peu plus pr\u00e8s le printemps et pourquoi il peut \u00e9galement contribuer \u00e0 un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre du kapha-dosha. <strong>Le printemps est une p\u00e9riode d&#8217;\u00e9veil et de r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration. Les temp\u00e9ratures augmentent et la nature commence \u00e0 fleurir<\/strong>. Les jours s&#8217;allongent et il y a une augmentation de l&#8217;humidit\u00e9 due \u00e0 la fonte de la neige et \u00e0 l&#8217;augmentation de la pluie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Les deux, le printemps et le dosha kapha, sont caract\u00e9ris\u00e9s par des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s humides et stables, ce qui peut entra\u00eener un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre potentiel. <\/strong>Cela peut se traduire par des troubles saisonniers tels que le rhume des foins, la fatigue et la production de mucus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Pour maintenir l&#8217;\u00e9quilibre pendant cette p\u00e9riode, les mesures suivantes sont recommand\u00e9es<\/strong> :<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Alimentation :<\/strong> <strong>r\u00e9duis les aliments lourds et gras<\/strong> et privil\u00e9gie les repas faciles \u00e0 dig\u00e9rer, secs et chauds. <strong>Int\u00e9grer davantage d&#8217;\u00e9pices comme le gingembre, le curcuma et le poivre dans ton alimentation pour favoriser la digestion<\/strong>.
